Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at dewdrops.ai and the internal tools Dewdrops AI operates under this domain, including Dewdrops Ads. It describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Use of the Services is also governed by our Terms of Service.

The website

dewdrops.ai is an informational site. It has no accounts and does not ask you for personal information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timing) for security and reliability. The site stores one preference in your browser to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice; it is not sent to us. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Dewdrops Ads

Dewdrops Ads is used only by Dewdrops AI administrators to manage the Google Ads accounts of businesses Dewdrops owns. When an administrator signs in with their Dewdrops Google account, the tool receives authorization to use the Google Ads API for those accounts. It accesses advertising data in Dewdrops-owned accounts: campaigns, keywords, budgets, conversion statistics, and account settings.

We use that data to run and measure our own advertising. We do not access accounts belonging to anyone else, do not sell advertising data, and do not share it except with Google (through the API) and with service providers that host our infrastructure. Use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Authorization tokens are stored encrypted on infrastructure Dewdrops controls and are revoked when an administrator leaves or on request. An administrator can also revoke access at any time from their Google account's security settings.

Conversion measurement on our businesses' sites

Websites of Dewdrops-owned businesses may use Google Ads conversion tracking. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy describing that use; this policy covers dewdrops.ai and Dewdrops Ads only.

Retention

Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted. Advertising data lives in Google Ads and is retained there under Google's terms; copies we keep for reporting are retained only as long as they are useful.

Your rights

If you believe we hold personal information about you, you can ask us what it is, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
